At the Milan Fashion Week for the Diesel Egg Hunt

On the occasion of Milan Fashion Week, we designed and assembled in our workshops the giant eggs featured in the Diesel Egg Hunt, an interactive egg hunt that took place across various locations in the city. Created in our laboratories using advanced thermoforming technology, these transparent plastic eggs were conceived as scenic props but can easily be reinterpreted in many ways — as display capsules, art installations, decorative elements, or structures for immersive events.

The ovoid shape, made of PET, combines aesthetics and functionality. Its surface is transparent, glossy, and continuous, molded into two perfectly matching half-shells which, thanks to a metal frame, create a rigid, durable, and visually striking structure. The internal volume is designed to accommodate a standing person, enhancing their presence in a protected yet visible context—like in a contemporary showcase.

After an initial installation at the brand’s Milan headquarters in Via Stendhal, the pieces were distributed across various strategic locations, each containing a look from the new collection.
