2) Which data are processed?

The data collected through this site are: Name and Surname, E-mail address, profession, Company you work for and the content of the message you enter.

3) For what reasons do we process your personal data?

The processing of your personal data bases on correctness principles, lawfulness and transparency, by protecting your privacy and rights. This is carried out for the sole purpose of providing you with information on Alpac business and products.

4) Is the communication of your data mandatory? What are the consequences in case of refusal?

The provision of data is optional. However, the non-reporting of the same prevents our Company from giving an answer to your requests. You can revoke your consent or oppose the data processing at any time, by cancelling the registration or sending an email to the address written below.

5) How is your data treated and how are they protected?

Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing. We take logical, organizational and technical security measures, in order to reasonably ensure the processed personal data protection.

Both the personal data management and storage take place on servers located within the European Union. The data are not transferred outside the European Union.

6) Who are the possible addressee of your personal data?

Your data may be made accessible for the aforementioned purposes:

• to employees and collaborators of the Owner, as designated subjects;
• to external parties to whom certain activities have been entrusted on behalf of the Owner, including consultants and technical service providers, for example for hardware and software assistance and IT systems, etc.;

7) How long are your data processed?

The provided data are kept for the necessary time to give a feedback to your requests regarding both our activity and our products. At the end of this period they are deleted, unless the bases for a business relationship occur and the collected data are necessary for this purpose.

8) Your rights on privacy

At any time you have the possibility of monitoring the data about you: how they have been acquired, check their correctness, completeness, update, and assert your rights in this regard. Specifically, you have the following rights:

• Access to your data: to know what information about you we deal with, why, and how. Receive a copy of the personal processed data.
• Portability of your data, and therefore a copy of your data obtaining if processed by electronic instruments, with your consent or in the context of a contractual relationship;
• Rectification, in the event of wrong data concerning you;
• Removal of your data (right to oblivion), in certain circumstances (for example if data are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes for which they were collected or if you revoke the consent on which the treatment is based);
• Treatment limitation, for example in the event of requests for rectification or violation of the lawfulness conditions;
• Submission of a complaint to Italian Data Protection Authority.
